Salon Etiquette & Guidlines

We are so excited to see you again! 

Our goal is to provide a safe environment for our customers and staff, and to advance the safety of our local community. Here’s what to expect during your visit with us. 

 

When You Arrive: 

  • If you arrive early for your appointment and would like to wait in your car please call our front desk and leave a voicemail letting us know that you have arrived for your appointment.

  • Otherwise please wait outside to check in for your pre scheduled service and our staff will be right with you. 

 

Additional Guests In The Salon: 

  • We request that only (1) a person with a pre scheduled appointment will be permitted in the salon. Additional guests including children who are not receiving services will not be allowed in the salon.

 

All Guests Are Required To: 

  • Wear a face covering / mask (If you do not have a mask with you we have them available at the purchase price of $2) 

  • Confirm that your temperature is under 100.4 with our no touch thermometer

  • Sanitize hands and / or apply gloves

  • Fill out our health screen and COVID-19 liability release form prior to receiving services

  • Maintaining at least six (6) feet separation from other individuals while inside the salon will also be necessary.

 

For Your Safety:

  • Credit card machines will be handled only by our front desk coordinator and sanitized in between every transaction.  We discourage any cash exchanges for service at this time.

  • Other precautions include the removal magazines, menus, business cards and tip envelopes from the front desk. If you would like to leave a cash tip just ask our staff and a tip envelope will be provided to you. 

  • We also will be sanitizing any touched surface in between guests.
